Fitness contest in Madrid
Event exclusively dedicated to the cult to the body at the Feria de Madrid y la Salud open until April 29th. Healthy mind and healthy body will be the main subject of this edition which will focus on providing solutions to common problems such as obesity, osteoporosis or cardiovascular processes through a showcase of alternative fitness by specifically prepared professionals. In this 11th edition, thanks to the 200 participating companies that offer their newest products, Salón de Ifema will show the latest equipment for fitness rooms and sport centres. In addition to the newest machines, the fair will also offer new nutrition and dietetics products, in addition to the latest treatments being carried out at spas and the latest innovations in fashion and sportswear. Along with tae-bo, acuaspining or step-house exhibitions, you can also go to lessons or demonstrations of new aerobic modalities and Indoor Cycling Resistence Tests among many other activities.
