The Happiness Diet

The Happiness Diet helps you lose up to 15 lb in a month (7 kilos in a month). This diet offers a weekly menu that must be repeated every week until you get to the desired weight which means some people may find the diet a bit monotonous. You should not go on the diet for longer than one month. Furthermore, the happiness diet tries to maintain normal serotonin levels through carefully chosen foods that help maintain the balance between body performance and mood. Procedure Day 1: Breakfast

  • 40 grams of whole grain cereals with skimmed milk.

Brunch

  • A piece of fruit (any fruit).

Lunch

  • Rice salad with lettuce, tomato, red pepper and tuna.

Snack

  • A skimmed yogurt

Dinner

  • Vegetable soup.
  • Grilled chicken breast, preferably without the skin because that is where the fat and toxins are concentrated.

Day 2: Breakfast

  • Two whole-grain toast with light jam.
  • Tea or coffee with no sugar.

Brunch

  • Freshly squeezed fruit juice with no sugar.

Lunch

  • Macaroni salad with lettuce, tomato, fresh cheese and cooked chicken.

Snack

  • A skimmed yogurt (natural or flavored).

Dinner

  • Boiled spinach with potatoes.
  • Steamed hake.

Day 3: Breakfast

  • 40 grams of cereal with skimmed milk.

Brunch

  • A piece of fruit, except banana.

Lunch

  • Rice with mussels, shrimp, green pepper and carrot.

Snack

  • A plain yogurt

Dinner

  • Noodle soup with vegetable broth.
  • Grilled turkey fillet.

Day 4: Breakfast

  • Two whole-wheat toast with light jam.
  • Tea or coffee without sugar.

Brunch

  • Freshly squeezed fruit juice.

Lunch

  • Potato salad with tomato, green pepper and tuna.

Snack

  • A skimmed yogurt (plain or flavored).

Dinner

  • Carrot purée.
  • A slice of grilled hake.

Day 5: Breakfast

  • 40 grams of whole grain cereals with skimmed milk

Brunch

  • A piece of fruit, except banana.

Lunch

  • Spaghetti with shrimp and grilled turkey.

Snack

  • A skimmed yogurt (plain or flavored)

Dinner

  • Vegetable soup
  • An omelette.

Day 6: Breakfast

  • Two whole-grain toast with light jam.

Brunch

  • Freshly squeezed fruit juice without sugar.

Lunch

  • Spinach cannelloni
  • Grilled chicken preferably without the skin because it is where the greatest concentration of fat and toxins is.

Snack

  • A skimmed yogurt.

Dinner

  • Salad with tomato, onion, lettuce and boiled egg.

Day 7: Breakfast

  • 40 grams of cereal with skimmed milk.

Brunch

  • A piece of fruit, except bananas.

Lunch

  • Roasted potato salad with tomato, onion and fresh cheese.

Snack

  • A skimmed yogurt (plain or flavored).

Dinner

  • Rice salad with lettuce, carrot, tomato, cucumber and green pepper.

It is also recommended to drink approximately two liters of water per day and perform some type of aerobic exercise on a regular basis in order to tone muscles, eliminate toxins and burn fat.

ok here it goes im fat,fat,fat and tried everything and fail, so i eat eat eat, but now i am going to try acai burn, today is my first day on it and i can feel some energy coming on, ok i weigh in at 246 pounds and i will share my progress…. thanks
