The 10 day diet
The ten day diet is a type of dissociated diet that not only allows you to quickly lose weight but it can also be used as a shock diet during Christmas holidays or parties - periods when you feel your body and health is deteriorating due to the amount of food eaten. The ten day diet can help you lose 10 pounds (lose between 4 and 5 kilos) but you need to be in good health to be able to follow the diet. This diet is quite repetitive so it will be easy to follow and easy to prepare.
1st day:
- Just fruit.
2nd day:
- Just vegetables.
3rd day:
- Just dairy products.
4th, 5th, and 6th day:
- Just fish or chicken.
From the 4th day you can start having a yogurt for breakfast and as a snack. 7th and 8th day:
- Just meat, chicken or fish.
9th and 10th day:
- Just brown rice or lentils.
You can have as much food as you wish as long as you eat the food specified on the diet. You can have moderate doses of vegetable broth or light jelly to satiate hunger. It is also recommended to always drink two liters of water per day to prevent dehydration and to contribute to your overall wellness.
