3x7 diet
With this diet you can lose up to 3 kilos (4-5 pounds) in one week. For successful results it is recommended to walk 30 minutes a day, to drink about two liters of water and to have four basic meals a day (each meal with the desired amount of food). It is preferable to have a glass of water before you start to eat and when you feel the need to drink again should end your meal.
Procedure: Breakfasts and snacks can vary between different options but lunches and dinners vary every day so as not to repeat. For breakfast and at mid-afternoon:
- You can have a tea or mate tea and a skimmed yogurt of any flavor.
For lunch and for dinner: Day 1:
- Boiled vegetable soup. You can have any vegetable soup you want and as much as you want.
Day 2:
- Fish broth, from any fish and as much as you wish.
Day 3:
- Fruit, choose the pieces of fruit that you like and eat them raw..
- Broth, from the food you most desire.
Day 4:
- Chicken cooked as preferred (boiled, fried, baked or cooked as wished). It is advised to cook the chicken without the skin as it is where most of the fat and toxins are concentrated.
- Broth, you can make it from the previously boiled chicken soup.
Day 5:
- Chicken cooked as preferred (boiled, fried, baked or cooked as wished). It is advised to cook the chicken without the skin as it is where most of the fat and toxins are concentrated.
- Vegetable salad, made from the vegetables you prefer.
Day 6:
- Vegetables, cooked as you wish or raw.
- Broth, you can make it from the previously boiled vegetables.
Day 7:
- Fish, you can cook any fish as you wish but avoid cooking it with too much oil.
- Broth, you can use the broth from the previously boiled vegetables.
It is not advisable to prolong or to repeat this diet. It is advised to visit a specialist in case of wanting to lose more weight.
