Strong legs

In order to strengthen the legs and help blood circulation it is highly recommended to try to move all your feet joints while you go up and down stairs. It is important to alternate legs when you go up and down stairs so you equally strengthen both legs. It is recommended to practice this type of exercise regularly until it becomes a habit to help you prevent stiffness.
