Low-calorie diet

The low-calorie diet allows you to lose weight, in a period of one month, even to those people who find it very difficult to lose weight. The low amount of calories consumed in the diet forces the metabolism to lose weight and volume and at the same time it detoxifies the body.

Procedure: Breakfasts and snacks will always be the same while meals and dinners will vary daily. For breakfast

  • Tea or coffee
  • A skimmed yogurt (natural or flavored).
  • An apple or a carrot.

As a snack

Day 1: For lunch

  • Vegetable broth.

For dinner

  • Grilled chicken, preferably without the skin as it is where the highest proportion of fat and toxins are.

Day 2: For lunch

  • Vegetable salad.

For dinner

  • Fish (any style).

Day 3: For lunch

  • Vegetable broth.

For dinner

  • Grilled squid or chicken breast.

Day 4: For lunch

  • Fruit (any style).

For dinner

  • A grilled steak.

Day 5: For lunch

  • Vegetable salad.

For dinner

  • Grilled chicken.

Day 6: For lunch

  • Fruit salad.

For dinner

  • Fish (any style).

Day 7: For lunch

  • Vegetable salad or vegetable broth.

For dinner

  • Wholemeal spaghetti with tomato sauce.
