Healthy Diet
The healthy diet, will help you lose weight without endangering your health. On the other hand and with the aim to promote good health, we recommend a series of habits that will contribute to your general welfare and can have a significant influence on the diet results. You should do some aerobic exercises every day, if you do not have time to exercise we suggest you to go to work on foot or to walk every day to activate the muscles of the whole body.
It is also very advisable to drink about two liters of water a day, this will help cleanse toxins from your body, it will keep your body hydrated and it will satiate hunger. During the diet you can exchange dinner and lunch menus as you wish, and you can avoid eating the dishes you do not like. Diet procedure: Breakfast and snacks Menu 1:
- Fruit (as wished).
Menu 2:
- Coffee or tea.
- Two wholemeal toasts with jam or skimmed/light cheese.
- Natural skimmed yoghurt.
Lunch Menu 1:
- Tuna
- Fish and seafood casserole.
Menu 2:
- Spaghetti with tomato sauce.
- Vegetable salad.
Menu 3:
- Asparagus (as wished).
- Grilled meat (any meat).
Menu 4:
- Seafood paella with brown rice.
Menu 5:
- Grilled salmon or baked in the oven.
- Vegetable or fruit salad.
Menu 6:
- Baked courgettes.
- Baked chicken.
- Fresh salad (as wished).
Menu 7:
- Squid or cuttlefish (as wished).
- Fish (as wished).
- An apple.
Dinner Menu 1:
- Pumpkin and onion soufflé.
- Grated carrot with lemon.
- Skimmed yogurt.
Menu 2:
- Vegetable salad.
- A skimmed yogurt.
Menu 3:
- Boiled broccoli.
- A skimmed yogurt.
Menu 4:
- Vegetable soup (as wished).
- Asparagus and palmettos dressed with lemon.
- Mushrooms with garlic and parsley.
- A skimmed yogurt.
Menu 5:
- Fruit (as wished).
Menu 6:
- Banana milk shake with skimmed milk.
Menu 7:
- Fish (as wished).
- Fruit salad (as wished).
If you feel anxious or hungry between meals, it is advisable to eat carrots, celery or apple. During the diet it is advisable not to drink any alcohol, sugar or sparkling drinks because they may affect the outcome of the diet.
