8x30 diet

The 8x30 diets allows you to lose up to 8 kilos in 30 days (that's just over 17 pounds in 30 days). A part from loosing weight, the diet allows you to study how your body works. Depending on the results obtained during the diet, you will learn some of your body's characteristics as well as how it functions and reacts. From your 4 daily meals you can choose your snacks and breakfasts (you have three options) whereas for the rest of the meals (lunch and dinner) there is a specific meal for each day, although you may alter the order if necessary.

Breakfast and snack 1st option:

  • Coffee or tea.
  • A cereal bread toast with fresh cheese.

2nd option:

  • A skimmed yogurt.
  • Coffee or tea.

3rd option:

  • Fruit (as desired).

Lunch and dinner (you can choose between two daily options). Monday:

  • Meat (as desired) with vegetable salad.
  • Mushrooms or tomato and carrot salad.

Tuesday:

  • Brown rice with tuna and vegetables.
  • Grilled eggplant or vegetable salad.

Wednesday:

  • Grilled fish fillet.
  • Tuna salad or chicken breast.

Thursday:

  • Chicken cooked as wished (but with no skin if possible) and vegetable salad.
  • Fruit or fresh vegetable salad.

Friday:

  • Fish (cooked as wished) with mashed pumpkin or vegetable salad.
  • Mashed pumpkin with grated carrots.

Saturday:

  • Meat, chicken or fish with mushrooms or vegetable salad.
  • Corn or fruit.

Sunday:

  • Spaghetti with tomato sauce (without grated cheese).
  • Fresh vegetables.

It is important to drink two liters of water every day to prevent dehydration and to quench your hunger. On the other hand, if at any time of the day you feel hungry you can have: an apple, celery or a skimmed yogurt.
