800 Calorie Diet

The 800 calorie diet is a very strict hypo caloric diet that only allows the consumption of 800 calories a day to help you lose weight. 800 calories a day is a very small amount compared to the approximately 2,000 daily calories most people consume each day. This diet is a basic example of the type of meals you can have with an intake of just 800 calories a day.

This diet is designed to be followed for 4 days but you can use this example to develop a longer one by combining the listed foods. This diet, just like many others, recommends at least two liters of water a day. Water not only helps eliminate toxins and excess fat but it also helps satiate hunger whenever you are hungry. On the other hand, it is recommended to combine the diet with physical exercise. The diet's results will be much more noticeable thanks to physical exercise and your quality of life will improve. Finally, it is recommended to be monitored and to follow the diet under the consent of a specialist to ensure that the diet will not harm your health. Procedure: Day 1: Breakfast

  • A cup of tea or coffee (no sugar and no milk)
  • 2 crackers

Brunch

  • 1 skimmed yogurt

Lunch

  • 1 white fish fillet
  • 1 green salad
  • 1 apple or orange

Snack

  • 1 coffee with skimmed milk or 1 tea
  • 2 crackers

Snack

  • 1 light jelly

Dinner

  • 1 cup of defatted broth (preferably homemade without fat and with no salt)
  • 1/4 of boiled chicken
  • 1 pear

Day 2: Breakfast

  • 1 glass of grapefruit juice

Brunch

  • 1 cup of tea
  • 2 bran crackers

Lunch

  • 1 cup of defatted broth
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 serving of boiled fish
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 pear

Snack

  • 1 cup of tea or coffee with no milk and no sugar

Snack

  • Coffee with skimmed milk
  • 2 soja biscuits

Dinner

  • 1 green salad
  • 1 grilled steak
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 small peach

Day 3: Breakfast

  • 1 glass of grapefruit juice

Brunch

  • 1 cup of tea without sugar
  • 2 crackers

Lunch

  • 1 cup of defatted broth (preferably homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons of noodles
  • 1 grilled steak
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 orange

Snack

  • 1 light jelly

Snack

  • 1 coffee with skimmed milk

Dinner

  • 1 serving of boiled Swiss chard
  • 1 boiled chicken breast
  • 1 serving of lettuce
  • 1 glass of grapefruit juice

Day 4: Breakfast

  • 1 coffee with skimmed milk

Brunch

  • 1 cup of tea with no milk and no sugar
  • 2 crackers

Lunch

  • 1 grilled steak
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 mandarin

Snack

  • 1 cup of tea with no milk and no sugar
  • 2 bran crackers

Snack

  • 1 skimmed yogurt

Dinner

  • 1 green salad
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 apple
  • 1 mandarin orange

I feel this is far too low if someone is exercising to lose weight aswell. You can expect to burn on average at least 400-600 kcal in a training session. So would expect an overweight person to consume at least 1200-1600 kcal per day minimum, depending on their weight.

just 2 months, and from moandy to friday just no junk food, i also eat burgers but home made, a lot of wather and i changed to whole wheat , brown and wild rice instead of white, on weekends i eat anything but you will se, with all the effort you make you wont want to eat to much haha good luck! i was the laziest person in the world, i tried all diets and? even have lipo done! and this is the only thing that worked for me! so anyone can!
