3 day diet

The Three Day Diet, sent by gbn, can help you lose up to 3 kilos in 3 days, that's 6.6lb in 3 days. You can follow the diet three days a week for as many weeks as you wish or until you achieve the desired weight. It is essential to avoid drinking soft drinks and carbonated drinks as well as desserts and sweets. It is important not to prolong this diet longer than recommended as it could cause problems and eating disorders.

Procedure: Day 1: Breakfast:

  • 1 glass of grapefruit juice
  • 1 toast with a spoonful of peanut butter

Lunch:

  • 1/2 cup of cooked green beans
  • 1/2 cup of radishes (beet)
  • 100 grams of beef stake
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup of vanilla icecream

Lunch:

  • 5 crackers
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

Day 2: Breakfast:

  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 toast

Lunch:

  • 1/2 cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of cauliflower
  • 2 sausages
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla icecream

Lunch:

  • 5 crackers
  • 2 slices of panela cheese or cottage cheese

Day 3: Breakfast:

  • coffee or tea
  • 1 toast

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of tuna
  • 1/2 cup of carrot
  • 1/2 cup of chayote
  • 1/2 melon
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream

Lunch:

  • 100 grams of roasted beef stake
  • 1 slice of toast

Healthy diet foods
Diet and fitness are words that are related to each other to maintain a balanced and well body. I do agree with having a own diet for you are the one responsible for your body. Any diet will do but always make it sure that this a good and alhealthy diet. Take good care of yourself and enjoy a healthy living. There are time that you crave or food not knowing its content. Check every food that you eat and the recipes you are to make.

People with diets eliminating certain types of food. Eliminate fats, carbohydrates or may be eliminated red meat. The danger is when it deprives the body of the nutrients you need. Even fat is necessary for our body to function. Eliminating certain kinds of food we nourish our bodies and bad cause serious damage.

Find something that works for YOU. Lifestyle vegan are difficult so start slow. Don’t pick a radical diet and try to dive into it. Choose something that is pretty close to your current diet and ease into it. Over time, you can slowly make improvements until you find a system that works for you.If you need motivation or if you’re tempted, imagine how you plan to look and feel realisitcally.Good luck.
