3 Days Diet

The basis of a dissociated diet is knowing how and when you can mix certain foods. This type of diet can be carried out for three days and you can combine the different menus that will help you lose weight and will also be useful as an example of the different food combinations that contribute to our body's health.

Menu 1 Breakfast

  • Skimmed yogurt.
  • Almonds or walnuts.
  • Vegetable juice.


  • Grilled salmon with garlic and parsley.
  • Spinach and pumpkin soufflé (mix some pumpkin with spinach and mix again with two beaten egg whites. Bake it in the oven).


  • Fruit salad.


  • Chicken with lemon, olive oil, parsley and garlic. It is preferable to remove the chicken skin because it is where the highest concentration of fat and toxins are.
  • Vegetable salad.

Menu 2 Breakfast

  • A skimmed yogurt.
  • Two slices toast (whole-wheat bread) with light jam.


  • Spaghetti with tomato sauce, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Grated carrot.


  • Banana milkshake (banana, skimmed milk and sugar).


  • Grilled steak
  • Vegetable salad with red pepper, celery and lettuce.

Menu 3 Breakfast

  • Black tea or any other tea.
  • Two slices of toast (cereal bread) with light jam.


  • Tuna salad with asparagus, raw spinach, fennel and cucumber.
  • Pumpkin soufflé (mix the pumpkin with two beaten egg whites. Bake it in the oven).


  • A skimmed yogurt.


  • Oven cooked fish with lemon and parsley.
  • Oven cooked mushrooms.

to loose weight our diet must be controlled and the three days diet could be very usefull and it is very nutricious too.

don’t just stop eating the things you like b/c you’ll go right back to eating junk in no time. just try to cut back the amounts of the bad foods. say having only 1 piece of chocolate a day or fast food only once a week. try to replace those things with foods that taste good. nobody will stick to a diet that tastes bad. replace candy with fruits and replace soda with water. i can’t stress that one enough. if you change only 1 thing about your diet, make it cutting out soda. drink water instead. it’s all about what YOUR golas are and how much self-discipline you have. nobody can make you do it, you have to want it. if you cheat on a diet, you’re only cheating yourself and you’ll have only yourself to blame.
