Better Digestion Diet


The Better Digestion Diet is a type of diet based on the consumption of fiber that helps accelerate the digestive system’s function and avoids the discomfort of digestive disorders and difficulties.

In addition, the consumption of fiber tends to satiate hunger which means you will not feel as hungry as usual during your meals. But, most importantly, it will help people who find it hard to go to the bathroom. This diet will make them feel lighter.

In order to improve the effectiveness of the diet, try to drink at least two liters of water a day.

Procedure:

Breakfast:

  • 1 orange into segments
  • 1 scrambled egg with potato skin
  • 1 omelet
  • 1 coffee or 1 tea

Brunch:

  • Vegetable juice
  • 5 prunes

Lunch:

  • 1 lentil soup
  • Half a chicken breast or a fillet of baked or grilled fish
  • Nopal salad
  • 2 guavas in syrup

Snack:

  • 1 package of fiber bars

Dinner:

  • 1 cup high fiber cereal
  • 1 cup of skimmed milk
  • 1 banana
