Apple diet


The apple diet is a diet that allows you to lose over 4 pounds in 2 days (2 kilos in 2 days).
The apple diet is basically carried out to detoxify the body from toxins and to prepare the body before going on a weight loss treatment.

If you want the apple diet to be really effective and not suffer any major nutritional problems you need to drink at least two liters of water a day (that’s 3,5 UK pints) and enjoy good physical health.
